Flourishing is a boutique health and wellness coaching business founded by Nikki Brewer, dedicated to guiding clients toward more balanced and fulfilling lives. Specializing in working with women, Nikki is committed to enriching her clients' mental and spiritual well-being.

Nikki sought a comprehensive branding design to reflect her business’s ethos. After discussing her objectives and vision, I began developing a distinctive brand identity that would resonate with her clients and foster a sense of pride in their journey toward personal and relational improvement.

Mood Board

Following our initial discussion of her brand’s goals and requirements, I developed a mood board to ensure alignment with my client’s vision before moving forward. This mood board included visuals that captured the desired mood and concepts, along with initial color palette options. After incorporating Nikki’s feedback, we refined the mood board to achieve an exceptional brand direction that truly resonated with her objectives.

 

Brand Guide

Once the mood board direction was finalized, I began developing the assets for Flourishing. The brand concept centered around the themes of ‘beauty in imperfection’ and ‘wisdom in growth,’ guiding me towards incorporating organic lines and influences from nature and flower blossoms.

Logomark

Flourishing's primary logomark was carefully crafted to embody the concepts of ‘beauty in imperfection’ and ‘wisdom in growth,’ capturing an organic and natural aesthetic that resonates deeply with the brand’s values. This design reflects Nikki Brewer's commitment to guiding clients toward balanced and fulfilling lives. Complementary secondary marks were developed to maintain brand recognition while enhancing versatility and readability across various platforms. These streamlined versions of the primary logo ensure that the brand remains consistent and impactful, whether in print or digital media, adapting seamlessly to different sizes and applications.

 

Color Palette: Bright, Fresh, and Natural

Flourishing’s color palette was thoughtfully chosen to evoke feelings of restoration and growth. The bright, fresh, and natural tones reflect the brand’s commitment to nurturing well-being and fostering personal transformation. This vibrant yet harmonious palette resonates with the themes of beauty and wisdom, creating a sense of renewal that aligns with the Florishing mission to guide clients toward balanced and fulfilling lives.

 

Additional Icons and Patterns

The icons and patterns developed for Flourishing were designed to enhance the brand's versatility and visual appeal across various applications. Inspired by natural elements and themes of growth, these graphics add depth and diversity to the brand’s identity. Whether used in print, packaging, or digital media, the icons and patterns provide a cohesive yet flexible way to extend Flourishing’s branding, allowing for creative expression while maintaining a consistent brand narrative.

 

Brand Imagery

The brand imagery for Flourishing was carefully selected to evoke a deep connection with nature and human interaction. Close-ups of natural materials and textures, wide shots of scenic landscapes, and moments of positive human connection are at the heart of this visual identity. These images reflect the brand’s focus on growth, restoration, and holistic well-being, creating a powerful and relatable narrative that resonates with Flourishing’s mission to nurture both mind and spirit.

 

Style Guide

Following the branding guide, I developed a concise style guide to demonstrate the practical application of the brand assets. This guide provides a cohesive view of how the elements work together, offering the client a sense of completeness and serving as a valuable reference for future designers. It ensures that the brand is utilized consistently and effectively, maintaining a stylish and coherent visual identity.
